Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Med-Surg Float Pool – Iowa**Start Date:** September 21, 2026**Location:** Iowa**Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants**Schedule:** Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

• Float pool position with exposure to diverse patient populations across multiple specialties
• Specialties include Orthopedics, Medical-Surgical, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Telemetry

• Float coverage includes main campus and secondary facility location (approximately 10 miles apart)
• Consistent night shift schedule for work-life balance planning
• 24-hour needs-based orientation requirement waived for experienced candidates

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Experience with telemetry monitoring preferred
• Flexibility to float across multiple units and patient care settings
• Willingness to travel between two campus locations as needed
• Strong adaptability and critical thinking skills
