Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day Shift)



Position Summary


We are seeking a reliable Packer/Bottler to support production and packaging operations in a chemical manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for filling, packaging, labeling, and preparing liquid chemical products for shipment in a fast-paced setting.


Our operations include blending, bottling, and packaging products in a wide range of container sizes-from small bottles to bulk drums and totes.


This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Bottling

• Fill and package chemical products into various container sizes (2 oz bottles to 275-gallon totes)
• Operate filling, capping, and labeling equipment
• Follow batch tickets and work instructions
• Measure and verify product quantities using scales and gauges

Packaging & Labeling

• Label containers according to company and regulatory requirements
• Inspect containers for leaks, defects, or contamination
• Pack finished products securely for shipment

Quality Control

• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Report discrepancies or damaged materials
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records

Material Handling

• Move materials using pallet jacks or carts
• Stage finished goods for shipping or storage
• Maintain organization of packaging materials

Safety & Compliance

• Follow OSHA and HazMat safety procedures
• Wear required PPE (gloves, goggles, etc.)
• Follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines for chemical handling
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging experience is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic math skills (weights and measurements)
• Mechanical aptitude preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a production environment
