Highlights/Benefits 100-bed Inpatient Rehab Hospital Hands-on mentorship and training (90-days) Neuro, Ortho, Trauma population See 6 patients per day on average 1:1 Patient Care; 60-90 minutes/day, 5 days a week $10,000 sign-on bonus Medical, Dental & Life Insurance (3 plans to choose from) Paid Time Off (PTO) = 5 weeks Mentorship - work with a large team of 35 therapists About the Position: Come work on a large multidisciplinary team of over 35 therapists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 95% return to home rate. We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care and who is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job.
