PT - Physical Therapist

Outpatient Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating assigned patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and modifying them based on patients' needs and physician directions. This role includes delegating and directing therapy services for patients, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, and coworkers.Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and create treatment plans aimed at facilitating discharge within an established length of stay.Document patient care accurately and timely across all mandated formats to comply with state and federal regulations.Participate in student program as assigned, providing supervision and creating a positive learning environment.Develop a personal professional development plan, actively seeking professional growth opportunities.Adhere to the State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.Engage in organizational performance improvement initiatives and incorporate strategies to enhance service quality.Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.CPR certification.Active and applicable state licensure for practice.At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
