The Rewards Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 basic per year + uncapped efficiency bonus. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm only – No Weekends. Your Role As a core Prestige Technician or Diagnostic Expert in our Newport team, you will: Prestige Maintenance & Repair: Service, repair, and maintain premium vehicles to strict manufacturer standards with a "right first time" approach. Advanced Diagnostics: Master state-of-the-art workshop technology to accurately identify and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults. Precision Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI), safety checks, and high-level routine maintenance. Tech Evolution: Stay at the cutting edge of the industry with continuous manufacturer development, handling advanced luxury and high-voltage systems. Team Collaboration: Contribute to a high-performance team culture in a professional, top-tier facility. What You Need Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance, City & Guilds, or equivalent experience. Experience: A strong background in a structured workshop environment; experience with premium brands or manufacturer-specific systems is a major plus.
