Business Operations Coordinator – Executive, Operations, and Sales Teams

We are hiring an experienced Business Operations Coordinator —a proven administrative operations professional with a passion for keeping teams organized, supporting a leadership team and sales function, and driving day-to-day excellence. This position is domiciled in the North Metro Atlanta area and offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact in a high-volume, people-first organization.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 USD base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflows
• Manage office and equipment supplies, including ordering, inventory, and replenishment
• Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics across the organization
• Coordinate survey completion, ensuring all necessary data is organized and submitted
• Provide executive support to the leadership team
• Provide administrative assistance for sales-driven campaign work and other initiatives

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits available to full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
