Assistant Club Manager (ACM) Position Summary
The Assistant Club Manager supports the daily operations of the club while developing leadership skills to prepare for a future Club Manager role. This position focuses on sales leadership, team development, and operational execution .
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Club Manager in daily operations and team leadership
Lead by example in sales performance and membership growth
Coach and motivate team members to achieve personal and club goals
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational standards
Ensure exceptional client experience and service recovery when needed
Help train and onboard new team members
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards throughout the club
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
Leadership mindset and desire to grow into management
Strong communication and coaching skills
Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
Leadership development and advancement opportunities
