Key Responsibilities

- Manage quality and performance as a DoorDash representative.
- Communicate effectively with clients, field feedback, and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
- Based in San Francisco/Peninsula, with daily travel flexibility.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Experience with communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferences
- Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, or Sales in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with the DoorDash Meal Manager platform.
