Key Responsibilities

Launch new customers on the product and ensure a seamless onsite experience.
Manage quality and performance as a DoorDash representative.
Communicate effectively with clients, field feedback, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

Based in San Francisco/Peninsula, with daily travel flexibility.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Experience with communication and collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferences

Prior experience in Operations Management, Support, or Sales in the hospitality industry.
Familiarity with the DoorDash Meal Manager platform.
