What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer service by phone and email
• Support customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Process orders, update customer information, and enter data accurately
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
• Assist with administrative tasks and support multiple departments
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly by pitching in where needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, administrative, or account support experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office
• Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a team-player mindset
