We provide the infrastructure, systems, and operational support so our leaders can focus on people, performance, and production.

1. Lead, coach, and mentor real estate agents to increase production

1. Conduct training meetings and performance coaching sessions

1. Support new agent onboarding and development

1. Recruit new real estate agents to grow the office

1. Identify and develop top-performing agents

1. Build a collaborative office culture focused on accountability and results

1. Support agents in converting buyer and seller leads

1. Monitor performance using CRM dashboards and reports

1. Implement proven systems that drive consistent real estate sales

1. Maintain professionalism and compliance with brokerage standards

1. Support office operations and growth initiatives

1. Work closely with leadership on expansion and recruiting strategies

1. Active Texas Real Estate License

1. 3+ years experience as a Real Estate Agent

1. Leadership experience as a Real Estate Team Leader, Sales Manager, or Office Manager preferred

1. Strong communication and leadership skills

1. Comfortable using CRM systems, dashboards, and real estate technology

1. Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing agents

1. Work with one of the top-producing real estate teams in DFW
