LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health – Registered Nurses & Licensed Practical Nurses Location: Hickory, NC and surrounding areas. Position: Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) – full‑time and part‑time shifts (days, nights, weekends). Pay Range LPN: $28-$33/hr RN: $30-$35/hr Job Duties Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents in their home according to the active plan of care. Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments. Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies. Coordination of care. Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes. Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.
