We grow every day and value safety, training, and development. Responsibilities Learn and operate truck‑mounted boilers used for curing CIPP liners during pipeline lining operations. Assist with installation, reinstatement, and cleanup of CIPP liners and sewer service laterals. Set up CIPP equipment (hoses, inverters, traffic control and associated tools). Travel as required (per diem and hotels provided). Perform miscellaneous related duties and special projects as assigned. Work long days on feet and inside manhole structures. Empty liner debris from reefer trucks into dumpsters. Operate CDL pre/post inspections on vehicles and maintain boiler truck fluids. Maintain temperatures and pressures while processing liners. Use power tools (grinders, Sawzall, etc.). Qualifications Experience working in the construction field required. Valid Class B CDL license with a good driving record over the last three years. Knowledge of confined space entry, CIPP lining and construction safety. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to enter federal installations to conduct work. Willingness to learn and strong work ethic. Ability to lift, push, pull at least 50 pounds and bend, kneel, stoop to use hand tools. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. Days and hours are typically Monday through Friday and may include shift work, weekends, evenings, holidays – flexibility is required as duties demand.
