We’re looking for passionate CNAs who want to make a difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health conditions. What You'll Do Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care Provide direct patient interaction and engagement Assist with individual and group activities Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health Conduct therapeutic groups for adult and geriatric patients What You Need High school diploma or GED Active CNA certification (preferred, not required) BLS certification (required) 1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred) Basic computer skills (preferred) Why Join Us?
