Summary Sales Ambassadors curate exceptional customer experiences by delivering personalized styling, building lasting client relationships, and leveraging digital tools to drive business. This part‑time, in‑store role supports sales goals through proactive outreach, thoughtful product recommendations, and coaching of peers. Ambassadors maintain visual standards and participate in store initiatives to uphold the brand experience. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations. Drive individual and team sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Leverage CRM and digital tools to capture customer data and support clienteling. Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to reinforce customer‑centric behaviors. Adapt selling approach for in‑person and remote customer interactions. Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines. Participate in store training, company initiatives, and community outreach. Provide feedback to management on category opportunities and help source talent. Requirements Sales experience in a high‑volume or specialty retail environment preferred. Strong communication and customer relationship skills. Ability to operate a register and stand, walk, and move for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately as needed. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Experience using digital selling tools and CRM platforms preferred.
