Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping a community running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Spartanburg, SC.

What You'll Do

• Complete routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Perform appliance repairs and installations (preferred experience)
• Complete preventive maintenance and work orders in a timely manner
• Assist with painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, and general upkeep
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance experience in apartments, commercial, or residential properties preferred
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• HVAC, EPA, CPO, or other maintenance certifications are a plus, but not required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service
