Conduct assessments for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using both standardized tools and observational insights.

Craft tailored treatment strategies that focus on immediate goals while considering long-term needs in communication, cognition, or swallowing.

Deliver individualized speech therapy aimed at improving communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing functions.

Cultivate collaborative relationships with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, physicians, caregivers, and families to establish integrated care approaches.

Provide valuable education to patients and families to sustain progress beyond the clinic.

Engage in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, assuring comprehensive care along the rehabilitation journey.

Ensure precise and timely documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Continuously update your knowledge of the field through ongoing education and teamwork with peers.

Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have not yet achieved ASHA certification.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based practices applicable to all age groups, with profound knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Capability to adjust therapeutic methods to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgment coupled with problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation protocols.
