We are an acute surgical ward with 31 beds, covering General Surgery, Gynaecology and Urology. We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Registered Nurse who would like to be part of a friendly and supportive team with an ethos of continuous improvement. The postholder must be a confident decision maker, be able to work without direct supervision and supervise registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses. You will be part of a multi‑disciplinary team and have responsibility for the assessment of needs and the delivery of high‑quality person‑centred care. You will also work with other health professionals within the team, patients and families to co‑ordinate complex discharges.
