JPI opened in July of 2023 as a new state of the art facility adjacent to Sutter Medical Center in Roseville, JPI was created to fill a unique niche in the community to service and focus on joint related issues covering the non-pre-post-surgical spectrum.

The successful treating PT maintains a passion for manual therapy and understands its role within the context of a multidisciplinary team whose focus is on the management and treatment of orthopedic injuries, pathologies and or dysfunctions.

JPI PT needs to be CA licensed with some level of ACL / post-surgical background. Clinicians work 6 hour shifts/paid for 8 to ensure work/life balance!

Compensation:

• Schedule 12:00 - 6:00, M-F patient care
• $124,800k for 30/hours/week - salaried position ($80 hour)
• PTO = 22 days ($10,560 12,320 a year)
• Health Medical-Dental
• Paid Education ($2500 yr) towards student loans, con-ed, Medbridge effective following 1 st year of employment.

Education Requirements:

• Physical Therapist, CA - license based on position
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience

Education Preferences:

• Demonstrates background in Manual Therapy through advanced certifications, trainings and or degrees. E.g. but not exclusive = FAAOMPT, COMT, IASTM, Mulligan, Dry Needling
• Demonstrates background in understanding the roles of athletic trainers, performance trainers and their role in the rehabilitation paradigm.
• Demonstrates background in latest research, continuing education preferences and trends.
• Demonstrates current understanding of modalities, their use and benefits as an adjunct vs a primary driver of care. Understand that modalities have a place in most plan of cares as adjuncts to care either through management of swelling, pain, muscle motor and or neurological facilitation. Accepts that most patients enjoy and find value in modalities.
