Your Role As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a critical role in our flooring operations by: Assisting installers and customers with loading the appropriate materials. Preparing job packs by pulling and staging all necessary materials. Ensuring accurate inventory and timely receiving processes. Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. Requirements Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center. Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively and 100 lbs. in a team lift. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and permanent authorization to work in the United States. A commitment to safety and following all PPE requirements. 18 Years or older. Preferred Experience Knowledge of flooring products. Forklift Experience. CDL Class B. Why Choose Star?
