Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts Join the Team at Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation Location: Sparta, NC Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Day & Night Shifts Available Are you a compassionate and dependable CNA looking for a rewarding opportunity where your work truly makes a difference? Lotus Village Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for caring CNAs to join our team! We are currently seeking full-time CNAs for both day and night shifts . Our CNAs work 12-hour shifts , providing consistent, resident-centered care while working as part of a supportive nursing team. As a CNA, you’ll play an essential role in providing high-quality care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for the residents we serve. What You’ll Do Provide compassionate, hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation Take and accurately document resident vital signs Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents using proper body mechanics Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team Assist nurses with resident care and other duties as directed Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers Promote residents’ dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times What We’re Looking For Current North Carolina CNA certification Current CPR certification preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Commitment to providing exceptional resident care Why Join Lotus Village?
