Direct exposure to SEC reporting, global consolidations, and technical accounting for a publicly traded manufacturer Broad-based responsibilities with visibility across corporate functions High quality of life: 40‑hour weeks, hybrid schedule (2 days in office), and affordable, comprehensive benefits Opportunity to work with a lean, high‑performing team and gain experience in a complex, international environment Key Responsibilities Assist in preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), including financial statement disclosures Support monthly and quarterly global consolidated financial reporting for 40+ entities Conduct financial analyses and provide insights for management Participate in proxy preparation and quarterly earnings releases, ensuring accuracy and completeness Prepare and review journal entries, account analyses, and consolidated financial statements Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Tax, FP&A, Treasury, IT, HR, Legal) Provide technical support on accounting standards, SEC regulations, and US GAAP compliance Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required) 3+ years of experience in SEC reporting, global consolidations, public accounting (with larger clients), or internal audit CPA strongly preferred Experience in mid‑to‑large public company environments ideal; manufacturing background a plus Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office suite Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills High integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently Compensation Base salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year Small discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan Available paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) on an accrual basis up to 152 hours a year, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
