Overview Job Title: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis Role description: Senior Specialist - Business Analysis focused on Guidewire applications and business analysis activities in commercial property and casualty insurance. Primary Skills (Must Have) Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud Primary module Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud implementation at least one complete end-to-end cycle Strong Business Analyst experience on Guidewire BillingCenter in Commercial Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance Experience in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration and integrations Deep understanding of OOTB features of Guidewire Cloud BillingCenter Guidewire Cloud Console APD Application Product Designer Integration Gateway Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter working knowledge Business Analysis capabilities Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation validation and signoff Proven ability to act as a liaison between business users and technical teams Process modeling mandatory User story writing Business analysis documentation standards Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and see tasks through completion Comfortable working in ambiguous environments Certifications: Guidewire ACE or Associate or Specialist or Professional Certified Business Analyst Mandatory Secondary Skills (Nice to have Not Mandatory) Tools & Methodologies SVN Rally HP Quality Center / HPQC Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Soft Skills / Professional Skills Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to create clear, concise, high-quality BA deliverables Experience interfacing with senior business stakeholders and management Benefits Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company match Life Insurance Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
