Duties

Help

• You will manage and support acquisition programs throughout the acquisition life cycle, ensuring required documentation and milestones are completed.
• You will develop, review, and coordinate program, acquisition, contractual, and technical documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• You will analyze program cost, schedule, performance, and technical data to identify issues and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
• You will plan, develop, and execute program budgets, including obligation tracking, spend plans, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
• You will develop and monitor integrated schedules, performance measures, reporting systems, and metrics to assess program status and effectiveness.
• You will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex program issues, improve processes, and achieve mission and customer requirements.

• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing and supporting DOD acquisition programs throughout the life cycle, including required documentation, planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinating with leadership, stakeholders, and internal and external partners to meet program objectives and acquisition requirements.

The Program Analyst will serve as the Project Officer for the $2B Services Service Management Integration and Transport (SMIT) contract recompete-transitioning to the Operational Support Services contract-is essential to ensuring uninterrupted, secure operation of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network, a critical enabler of national defense.
