Competitive pay offered for this Onsite position.What You'll Do: Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Explain procedures and treatments to residents and families to gain cooperation, understanding, and to allay apprehension.Observe residents and record significant conditions or changes then relay information to Director of Nursing or physician of resident's condition, reaction to drugs, treatments, or any other significant changes.Supervise caregivers, including training, rewards, and discipline.Perform direct nursing care and other duties when necessary.As a new Licensed Practical Nurse at The Pinnacle of Louisville, you can expect a supportive team environment where you will be able to use your nursing skills to provide top-notch care to our residents.
