Athletics Travel Manager, NCAA Ground Transportation

Overview The Ground Transportation Account Manager is responsible for sourcing, contracting, and managing motorcoach transportation needs for the Anthony Travel/On Location NCAA Ground Transportation program. Responsibilities Solicit, review, and confirm motorcoach quotes. Maintain proactive vendor communication. Manage numerous concurrent trip needs and communications. Provide 24/7 support during selected time periods. Create excellent collaboration and communication with all partners in the program. Oversee post-trip invoice completion and resolve discrepancies. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment. Positive attitude with a strong team‑oriented mindset. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, partners, and representing Anthony Travel. Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, travel, or ground transportation environments (preferred). Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $45,000–$60,000 annually.
