Emergency Communications Specialist

Gfoat is seeking a dispatcher to answer emergency and non-emergency calls, evaluate caller needs, and dispatch appropriate personnel. You will manage data entry across multiple databases, complete required paperwork, and stay current with rules and regulations while collaborating with city staff and citizens. The role requires reliable attendance for 24/7 shifts, ability to pass background checks and screenings, and strong English communication.
