Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business process owners to define and support system and process requirements
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and "to-be" workflow development
• Assist with system change impacts and coordinate communication across stakeholders
• Support testing efforts, including test case creation and user acceptance testing
• Participate in project meetings and support system implementation activities
• Assist with change management, documentation, and system validation processes
• Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with IT and business teams
• Support ongoing system enhancements, incident tracking, and change requests
• Maintain subject matter expertise in assigned systems and workflows
• Contribute to governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a business systems, customer support, supply chain, or IT support role preferred
• Strong understanding of business processes and cross-functional workflows
• Experience working with IT and business stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience in supply chain, medical device, or high-tech environments
• Exposure to system implementation, process mapping, or change management
• Familiarity with enterprise business systems
