A respected skilled nursing organization in the Syracuse NY area is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to take ownership of day-to-day operations and help lead the facility into its next phase of growth.

This is an opportunity for an experienced SNF leader who is comfortable balancing resident care, regulatory requirements, team leadership, census, and financial performance .

Compensation: $250,000 - $325,000 DOE

What You’ll Bring:

• Current New York LNHA license

• Hands-on experience leading a skilled nursing facility

• Strong understanding of New York State regulations and the survey process

• Experience managing budgets, operations, and overall facility performance

• Ability to develop, motivate, and hold department leaders accountable

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Oversee the facility’s overall operations and leadership team

• Monitor key performance, census, and financial objectives

• Maintain a strong state of survey and regulatory readiness

• Partner with department heads to improve processes and outcomes

• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and quality care
