Part Time Merchandise Manager

Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards and maintenance for a full‑time store located in WORTH/HULEN, TX. Deliver friendly customer service and ensure a well‑merchandised, in‑stock store for customers to shop. Responsibilities Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and requirements. Execute company policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results. Manage and support truck processes, leading teams to meet standards and achieve KPIs. Manage, execute, and support the planogram process (POGs) and AD set processes. Lead shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD). Maintain seasonal sets and feature space to visual merchandising standards. Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, observing, and training new team members; support talent development and performance management activities. Assist customers by locating products and providing solutions. Assist with Omnichannel processes and cross‑train in Custom Framing selling and production. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and retail customer service. Knowledge of truck processes, planograms, AD sets, shrink and safety programs. Ability to lead teams and manage performance. Preferred Qualifications Special certifications or technical skills in retail merchandising. Retail merchandising and customer service experience. Physical Requirements Ability to remain standing for long periods. Ability to move throughout the store. Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Work Environment Public retail store setting with climate‑controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled. Occasional outdoor work may be required to retrieve shopping carts or unload trucks. The frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
