Join Our Dynamic Emergency Department Team Job Description: - Unit Overview: - 30 Bed Emergency Department - Vibrant Team of 49 FTE, 6 PRN, 2 Leadership - Fast-paced environment with varying patient volumes - Staffing Structure: - Day Shift: - CNC-1, RNs (7-10 based on volume forecast), 2 PCT/EMT, 1 US - Night Shift: - CNC-1, RNs (7-10 based on volume forecast), 1 PCT/EMT, 1 US - Patient Ratios: - 1:5 at maximum (acuity dependent) - State-of-the-art Equipment: - Advanced monitors, defibrillators, ultrasound, EKG machines - EMR Transition: - Currently using Meditech - moving to Expanse on 8/13/26 - Candidate Requirements: - Must Have Skills: - Advanced critical thinking - Extensive experience with trauma, STEMI, Stroke, and Sepsis - Preferred Skills: - Adult and pediatric ED experience - Completed certifications aligned with HCA Nurse Contract and Pool - Common Procedures: - Thoracotomy - Arterial lines and Massive Transfusion Protocol (MTP) - Ideal Personality Fit: - Flexible, accountable, responsible, and a great team player - Required Certifications: - ENPC, TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, CPI with TIC - NRP and STABLE certifications are a plus - Floating Opportunities: - Might be asked to float to two Free Standing ED if needed - Dress Code: - Royal Blue scrubs as per Dress Code Policy - Schedule Expectations: - Regular weekend shifts (alternate weekends) Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
