Senior Counsel, JV & Commercial Transactions

Vaulted Deep in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Senior In-House Counsel to own the partnerships legal workstream end-to-end. You will draft and negotiate complex JV and related contracts, supervise a small legal team, and coordinate with business development to translate deal points into durable structures. In this role you will manage term sheets, oversee diligence, and work with outside counsel for specialized matters while keeping costs tight.
