The ideal candidate will bring a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly demeanor to create a memorable experience for our patrons. The Full-Time Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a diverse range of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction.**Responsibilities*** Creates daily and seasonal Crafted Cocktail Specials.* Trains staff on proper service as well as daily specials.* Keeps wine program and menu up to date.* Manages beer selection on tap.* Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.* Maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.* Merchandises the retail store.* Assists with social media and website posts and content.* Sets up and assists with and supervises our private dinner parties.* Assists servers with customer concerns or questions.* Manages holiday events and store décor.*The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions*.* High School Diploma or GED required.* Must be at least 21 years of age.* Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.* Knowledge of mixology, including the ability to create classic and innovative cocktails.* Some culinary training is preferred, but not required.* Excellent customer service and communication skills.* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the service of alcoholic beverages.* Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.* Food handler’s card preferred.**Work Environment & Physical Demands***The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
