Your impact

• Monitor and command automated trains and guideway activities from a centralized, computer-based console.
• Use radio, phone, and PA; keep eyes on CCTV; dispatch trains; acknowledge and action system alarms.
• Administer Electrical Power System configurations that support safe operations.
• Record activities precisely in shift logbooks and deliver comprehensive pass downs.
• Champion HSE rules to protect employees, customers, and visitors.
• Stay current on all required certifications/qualifications.

What you need

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and proficiency in English
• Valid driver’s license; normal color vision
• Willingness to work a 24/7/365 schedule (weekends/holidays) and variable shifts
• Hands-on mechanical or maintenance background; comfortable with common hand tools
• Self-starter who manages both low-activity periods and high-stress events
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain all certifications required by state and federal regulations
• Fundamental computer literacy, including MS Office; unwavering commitment to PPE and safety procedures

Nice to have

• 2 years’ electrical/mechanical experience or technical school equivalent
• Intermediate skills with computer-driven applications
