Join us and be part of something bigger helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time./ppPosition Summary As a Clinical Sales Liaison-Registered Dietitian with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services, you will develop and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources, gathering all pertinent discharge information and working collaboratively with patients and clinical staff providing coordination of care to ensure a smooth transition from a medical facility back into the home. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients./ppIn this role, you will support medical facilities in the Phoenix area and they include:/pulliBanner Desert Medical Center/liliBanner Gateway Medical Center/liliMayo Hospital-Phoenix/li/ulpOur Dietitian Clinical Sales Liaisons/pulliSupport and assist physicians, social workers, discharge planners and other referral sources with the identification of appropriate home nutrition therapy candidates. Perform hands-on tube feeding and TPN therapy teaching for patients./liliFacilitate patient discharge planning and coordination of care between Coram and referral sources including local hospitals, home health agencies, physician offices and hospice./liliEvaluate clinical and service needs for existing and new accounts including case management expertise in transitioning patient referrals/liliGrow business by recognizing opportunities to expand relationships with existing referral sources and partner with the medical community to understand their needs and deliver results for a safe and smooth transition home./li/ulpKey responsibilities:/pulliConduct initial education to the patient/caregiver training on our nutrition therapy services and technology./liliAssesses method of administration based on physician orders. Introduces formulary changes, diagnosis and route of feeding and advances in nutrition support./liliIdentify opportunities for improvement in patient care and participate in the institutions quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives as requested./liliLook for opportunities to expand business relationships within existing accounts./liliMaintain and grow core therapy admissions through customer relationships and provide responsive customer service within assigned hospitals./liliWork closely with the Regional Sales Manager to present and negotiate therapy programs./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliRegistered Dietitian in the state of AZ./liliRegistration with Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required./liliMinimum one year clinical nutrition support experience./liliMust have and maintain current CPR certification./liliMust possess a valid and current drivers license and auto insurance./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience with the pediatric population/liliTwo years of selling healthcare services/liliHome healthcare nutrition experience strongly desired/liliA.S.P.E.N membership/liliCNSC certification/li/ulpEducation: Bachelors degree in Food/Nutrition or Dietetics is required/ppAnticipated Weekly Hours/pp40/ppTime Type/ppFull time/ppPay Range/ppThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$60,400.00 - $126,582.00/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
