Product Manager, Voice

Salary: $211,000 - 251,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for a Product Manager with 3+ years of product management experience, with meaningful exposure to real-time systems, voice, or AI products.
• We need someone who has shipped voice or other real-time products and understands the constraints of latency, streaming systems, and user expectations in synchronous interactions.
• We value strong technical depth and the ability to work closely with engineers on system design, including speech pipelines, streaming infrastructure, telephony systems, and reliability trade-offs.
• We are looking for experience working with AI systems, including familiarity with LLMs, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech technologies and their production limitations.
• We want a track record of zero-to-one product development and comfort operating in ambiguous environments while iterating quickly toward product-market fit.

• We will have you define our voice interaction model, including turn-taking, interruptions, latency, tone, and error recovery, and help us shape what human-quality voice interactions mean in practice.
• We will have you work with engineering on streaming architectures, latency targets, and failure handling so our real-time voice systems remain fast and dependable in production.
• We will have you own the voice stack experience by partnering across ASR, TTS, LLMs, and telephony integrations, helping us choose models and orchestration approaches.
• We will have you make voice measurable and improvable by defining evaluation metrics such as latency, interruption handling, resolution rate, and conversation quality, then building feedback loops to raise performance over time.
• We will have you translate real-world customer usage into product direction by working closely with customers deploying voice agents and turning edge cases into product improvements.
