You’ll connect customer behavior, performance data, and cultural trends to define product opportunities and guide the roadmap. Your work ensures that every product decision is intentional, insight-driven, and aligned with both brand and business goals. Responsibilities Lead product opportunity discovery through customer research, feedback analysis, and market trends Identify unmet needs and evolving gifting behaviors within the comfort food and care package space Translate insights into prioritized product opportunities and strategic roadmaps Monitor product performance and lifecycle health across the portfolio Analyze CX feedback, reviews, and ecommerce behavior to inform recommendations Partner with E-commerce and Brand Experience teams to refine product direction Develop and present product concepts that align with brand vision and customer expectations Drive cross-functional alignment on product priorities, sequencing, and launch readiness Keep leadership informed on trends, opportunities, and portfolio gaps Requirements and Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or portfolio strategy Background in consumer, e-commerce, or DTC environments Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and product performance Ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable product direction Experience presenting to and collaborating with cross-functional teams Comfortable working across brand, business strategy, and product development Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems while staying customer-focused Passion for creating meaningful, customer-centric products About the Hiring Company Our client is a growing brand focused on delivering care through thoughtfully crafted comfort food and care packages.
