In-Room Dining Server

Join our team as an In-Room Dining Server and become part of the Auberge Family. We are looking for a service-driven hospitality professional who is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences in the comfort of our guests' rooms. This role is responsible for delivering timely, personalized, and attentive in-room dining service with a warm guest-focused approach, ensuring every order is presented with care and every interaction creates a memorable experience.

The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Accurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the POS system ensuring correct timing and billing.
• Deliver requested items in an efficient and timely manner.
• Relate with guests about needs, and satisfaction with the beverage and drinks, ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
• Retrieve orders from the POS system and communicate any special requests or modifications to the kitchen. Maintain knowledge of all menu items.
• Prepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as required
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
• Ensure that the food delivery is tidy and keep an accurate par of food items such as beverages and snacks, as well as non-food items like menu cards, napkins, straws, etc. on cart and in storage areas.
• Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines
• Clean and maintain in-room private/mini-bars; report damage, or malfunctioning units
• Check quality and expiration of all items; discard and replace according to established procedures.

The starting range for this position is $16.90. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service or the food service / hospitality industry.
• Must meet the minimum age requirements for food and alcohol service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate and alcohol training certifications.
• Ability to lift 30lbs
