Cases: All diagnostic procedures, PCI (stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rota, impella, IABP, CTO) Structural Heart (TAVR, Balloon Valvuloplasty, Watchman), Electrophysiology (EPS, Afib/Flutter ablations, BIV and pacemaker implants) 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT-R or CCI RCIS, WA RT or CIS License required 4. License: WA RT or CIS License required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC 7.
