Minimum Requirements

• Physical Therapist (Primary Specialty).
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an APTA-approved program.
• Credentials evaluated by FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC when applicable for out-of-country education.
• Experience in pediatric settings preferred, including birth-to-3 early intervention and preschool (ages 3-5). (Preferred)
• Experience with school-based therapy responsibilities, including conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.
• Ability to perform home visits as part of early intervention services. (Client-specific requirement)
• Availability to work a standard school-year schedule and to follow district policies regarding pay for school holidays and closings. (Client-specific requirement)
• Expected work hours approximately 40 hours per week during school days. (Client-specific requirement)

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: School.
• Shift Name: Other.
• Shift Details: DAYS. Monday through Friday schedule; candidate will be paid only for hours worked. No pay for school holidays/closings.
• Expected Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Job Specifics: Services include birth-to-3 early intervention home visits and therapy for preschool-aged children (3-5).
• Assignment Length: School year (43 weeks; start Aug 2026 - end June 2027).
