Senior Data Scientist

Kforce has a client in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to support product and operations teams by delivering data-driven insights, reporting, and analytical solutions. This role focuses on partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, optimize user experience, and enable informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product, operations, and engineering teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting solutions
- Conduct exploratory and proactive analyses to support business initiatives
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Leverage behavioral and transactional data to drive product and business strategy
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Analyst supporting product teams
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Experience with A/B testing and product experimentation
- Proven ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated success simplifying complex problems into concise, impactful narratives
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar tools
- Background in customer support analytics or customer experience data
- Curious, analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
