Product/Sales Ambassador

As our Product/Sales Ambassador, you will assist with the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that every customer receives a superior experience while upholding all Coughing Cardinal USA, LLC rules and company policies. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our team and store. LeadwithExcellence:Deliveratop-notchcustomerexperience,ensuringevery interaction is positive and professional. ManageInventory:Useandaccessinventoryasdirectedinordertomaintain optimal stock levels. CommunicateEffectively:Maintainclearandopenlinesofcommunicationwith co-workers, customers, and manager. SolveProblems:Troubleshootcustomerconcerns,ensuringasatisfactory shopping experience. FosterTeamSpirit:Beapositiveandcollaborativeco-workerinordertopromote a culture of excellence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ProvenCustomerServiceExperience:0-1years’experienceprovidingexcellent customer service selling and promoting products. Product Knowledge: Extensiveproductknowledgeacrossallsmokeshop product lines. Organizational Skills: Highlyorganizedindividualwithexcellentmultitasking abilities, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed. Communication Skills: Exceptionalcommunicatorwhoispositive, approachable, and able to assist diverse clients successfully. Integrity: Mustpassabackgroundcheckanddrug screen. Assistwithdrivingsalesandprofitabilitythroughcustomersatisfaction. AssistManagerwithpreparingstoredisplaysandmarketingthroughoutthestore. Ensuremerchandiseisproperlypriced,displayed,andstockedaccordingto inventory levels as directed. Ensureefficientday-to-daycustomersatisfactionbymaintainingaworking knowledge of products and services. Assistwithspecialpromotionsandadvertisingevents. Maintaineffectivecommunicationco-workers,customers,andstore management. Promptlyescalatedcustomercomplaints,questions,orconcernsina professional and friendly manner Additionalduties,asassigned.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
0-1yearsofretailmanagement experience Flexibilitytoworkasneeded. Abilitytomulti-taskandperformtasksasdirected. Demonstrate effective communication and customer service skills for effective problem solving. Initiative-takingleadercapableofmotivatingotherstoachievecompanygoals. Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationandcustomerserviceskillsin-person and over the phone Mustpossessstrongworkethicandpeopleskillsandbehighlyorganized,able to multi-task and be meticulous in a demanding environment. Intermediatetoadvancecomputerskills(spreadsheets,presentations,reporting) Job Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt) Shift: Morning/Day/EveningandWeekendavailabilityasneededtobesuccessfulBENEFITS:
