Job Summary & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Social Worker to join a dynamic mental health team. This multifaceted role combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial spirit, giving you the chance to directly shape the growth and success of new service lines. You will provide critical support and clinical services while also contributing to administrative and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Innovation:
  
  
  • Assist in school-sponsored psychiatric evaluations, ensuring thorough and compassionate patient intake and support.
  • Participate in and support Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy programs.
  • Become a certified operator and manage the use of the new Exomind Transcranial Magnetic Stimulator (TMS) for patient treatment.
• Business Development & Growth:
  
  
  • Lead administrative and marketing activities, with a focus on building the Exomind TMS program.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand patient base.
  • Manage practice logistics to ensure smooth and exceptional patient experiences.
• Professional Development:
  
  
  • Receive hands-on clinical supervision to accrue hours for advanced licensure (e.g., LCSW).
  • Funding for CME in psychedelics and therapy techniques such as DBT, CBT, and IFS.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active Social Worker license/permit in New York State (LMSW, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Proactive, organized, and energetic approach to clinical work and business development.
• Passion for innovative psychiatric treatments and commitment to patient well-being.
