OB Hospitalist Laborist - Lexington, KY - Recruiting incentives up to $200,000

1. Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified OBGYN Laborist
2. Currently 3 full-time Laborists employed with great support staff
3. 17 beds in Labor hall and 4 ORs
4. Schedule would be 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am
5. Provides 24/7 onsite coverage for labor hall and OB triage.
6. Only OB cases, no GYN cases
7. Inpatient and procedural-based, with no ambulatory responsibilities.
8. Fewer shifts per month than ambulatory practices with shift handoff to OB Hospitalist partner.
9. The preferred candidate would be an experienced OB provider with flexibility for shift coverage on both days and nights, as well as, weekend work
10. 5-10 years of experience preferred

Incentive Overview:
