Salary: $10,000 - 100,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on experience building business systems, automations, and workflows
• Strong practical experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Working knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Grok, and Town
• Experience creating AI-assisted workflows or AI agents
• Experience connecting Meta to automated business processes
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving ability

• Ability to prioritize work across two separate businesses
• Ability to create systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy for users to understand

• Build, manage, and refine GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations
• Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Grok, and Town to business operations and workflows
• Develop and launch AI agents and AI-supported processes
• Integrate Meta with lead generation, CRM, and follow-up systems
• Create automated lead capture, routing, qualification, nurturing, and follow-up systems
• Design systems that strengthen sales, marketing, recruiting, client communication, and internal operations
• Spot repetitive, inefficient, or manual tasks and replace them with automated solutions
• Link systems so information transfers accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot, test, and continuously improve existing automations
• Keep clear documentation of systems and workflows
• Help team members understand and use the systems we build effectively
• Maintain proper separation of data, workflows, reporting, and attribution between the two companies
• Review current processes and recommend improved ways to achieve business goals through AI and automation

We are hiring a full-time AI and Automation Systems Specialist to build, integrate, and maintain AI-powered systems and automated workflows for two busy, growing affiliated companies. This is a systems-building role, not a content creation or social media management position. We are focused on using technology to connect processes, reduce repetitive work, improve efficiency, and create scalable systems. Our current platforms include GoHighLevel (GHL), ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Grok, Town, and Meta, and we need someone who can make these tools work together effectively across two independently operated businesses with separate P&Ls, teams, processes, and reporting.
