Now Hiring: Manufacturing Support / Machine Helper

Greer SC

2nd & 3rd Shift | Entry-Level | Paid Training | Growth Opportunity

Pay: $17.50-$19/hour; shift differential for off-shift hours

Available Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift = Monday-Friday, 3 pm - 11 pm
  • 3rd Shift = Sunday-Thursday, 11 pm - 7 am

What You'll Do

As a manufacturing support/machine helper, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly by supplying materials, supporting machines, and maintaining organization in the work area.
  • Move and stage raw materials at weatherstripping machines
  • Supply machines with needed materials to support continuous production
  • Collect, sort, and transport rework material
  • Use electric pallet jacks (training provided- no forklift use required)
  • Maintain good housekeeping in raw material and production areas
  • Follow all safety and quality standards
  • Support operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic communication and organization skills
  • Manufacturing or material handling experience is helpful, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and grow into more technical roles
Physical Requirements
  • Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a louder production environment
