Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current licensure as an SLP in Louisiana (or eligibility to obtain)
Proven experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
Passion for supporting children’s communication skills and academic success
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
Flexibility and willingness to adapt to new environments as part of a travel assignment
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and implement individualized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational progress
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Offer training and resources to staff and family members to promote generalization of skills
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations to support each child's learning journey
