About the Role
The Huddle Kitchen and Bar is hiring a full-time Line Cook for a busy, established casual restaurant in Bolton Landing, NY. This is an opportunity to work in a high-volume kitchen alongside a motivated and passionate team focused on consistency, teamwork, and execution.
We are looking for cooks who are comfortable working in fast-paced service while maintaining quality, organization, and strong communication on the line.
This role is best suited for someone with previous high-volume casual or upscale dining experience who wants to be part of a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture.

The Huddle Kitchen and Bar is a high-volume casual restaurant serving lunch and dinner in the Lake George region.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently during high-volume service
- Follow written recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures
- Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout shifts
- Communicate clearly with kitchen team members during service
- Support food quality, timing, and station readiness
- Handle prep, stocking, and line setup responsibilities
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with closing and side work as needed
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience required
- 5+ years of high-volume casual or upscale dining experience preferred
- Strong understanding of line execution and kitchen workflow
- Ability to follow written recipes and instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- English language proficiency required
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
