As a Front Desk Clerk, you'll greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about the lodge and surrounding area. During breaks, take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access and hit the slopes. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors. What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Clerk: Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs The Minimum Requirements to be Considered: Legal authorization to work in the United States High school diploma or GED Previous experience in customer service or hospitality What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job: Front desk operations and guest service protocols Reservation systems and hotel policies Safety and emergency procedures Local information about the Alta Ski Area and surrounding attractions Work Schedule & Location: Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access Ready to Apply?
