  Job Duties:

• Order picking with physical lifting (must be comfortable with heavy items)
• Use of material handling equipment (stand up/sit down forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks) – will train motivated team members
• Some picking at elevation with harness – must not be afraid of heights
• Accurately log shifts, breaks, and activities using RF technology
• Attend team meetings and adhere to cleaning protocols

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st shift: $17.75/hr, Mon-Fri, 5:30am–2:00pm (OT start at 3:30am)

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to read and speak English (for safety/training)
• At least 6 months warehouse or related experience OR a strong willingness to learn (training provided)
• Willingness to learn forklift operation
• Comfortable with lifting/moving heavy objects and working at heights
• Must have 6 months of Cherry Picker/Forklift experience .

Onboarding & Training:

• New Hire Orientation (NHO): 1–2 days, 9am–3 or 4pm, incl. safety and equipment
