Senior Client Relationship Manager

Job Summary Promotes Stewart services and solutions through various sales and marketing activities designed to ensure customer success while maximizing Stewart revenue and market share. Supports the sales function at Stewart by managing the existing client base and serving as a liaison between the customer and Stewart. Job Responsibilities Supports real estate transactions by assisting internal and external customers with various inquiries by providing a high level of customer service. Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking. Interprets internal/external business environment. Recommends best practices to improve processes or services. Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives. Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products. May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Individual contributor working independently; may require guidance in highly complex situations. Performs all other duties as assigned by management. Education Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred. Experience Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience. Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range: $75,030.22 – $125,050.37 annually. The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
